Okay, I'm Back

After about a month of not paying attention to diet and not exercising at all, stressing massively and eating pizza and chocolate, I am going to get back on track. My massive workload changed abruptly yesterday and so I am going to be able to transition back to a normal life, such as that is at my house. Overall I gained 5lbs, which is not as bad as it could have been and nothing worth obsessing about. I have come to terms with the fact I just CANNOT do it all and when I have to concentrate on only work, I can't try and pressure myself to fit in healthy diet and exercise. Maybe I can someday reach the point those are habits enough I can stick with them - but I doubt it as in those times I hardly sleep, I work allllllll the time, and I can't even remember to pay bills or eat sometimes, so I hardly think I'll be adding anything to the mix.

Time to restock the fridge with healthy items, catch up on my life and all the things I have set aside for a month, and get back to the gym and some exercise. Though that is not my favorite thing to do, it beats non-stop work, which I will be grateful for a break from.
