I had so many energy drains going on in life the last few months I didn't have the energy to spend on myself. So I was lazy, and ate things I loved, and it does no good to remain on that track. I found some new motivation as I have some upcoming trips planned that will be a lot easier if I get more fit. So I am starting to pay attention again, to devote energy to eating well, and I have to force myself to get back on a regular exercise program. I set some small and manageable goals and I am working on things one day at a time.
