So, I have a specific goal of getting in better shape to better enjoy an upcoming vacation....in 16 weeks and 3 days. I am going to focus on making steady progress in the right direction and set some different focuses each week. As always though, one of the hardest parts is just getting started! Today I forced myself to take baby steps in the right direction rather than just plan future steps. I admit, however, that I am lacking energy lately, not getting enough sleep, and having a variety of issues that I have to set aside or work through to succeed.
Today I spent some time grooming the animals, which is a bit of exercise since there are several and it's a bit of work. I took the stairs three times instead of the elevator. Though it's not much, it's better than nothing, and I have a long ways to go so you have to start somewhere.
